• Real-Time Property Intelligence: AI pulls and updates MLS data to provide accurate property details.
• Automated Appointment Booking: Seamless scheduling for buyer and seller consultations.
• Seamless Lender Integration: Connects leads with mortgage partners for pre-approvals.
• AI-Powered Advertising: Smart ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok.
• Direct Mail Automation: Send personalized, automated direct mail campaigns.
• CRM & Pipeline Management: Organize and track leads for optimized conversions.
Limited Human Oversight: AI Assistants operate autonomously and may not always be monitored by a live agent. Critical or time-sensitive communications should not solely depend on AI responses.
User Responsibility: You are fully responsible for any decisions, actions, or compliance matters (including legal or regulatory obligations) based on AI outputs. Proper diligence is required to ensure accuracy, disclosure, and adherence to industry standards.
Dropped or Missed Calls: You acknowledge that calls may occasionally be dropped, misrouted, delayed, or interrupted. We assume no liability for any losses or damages resulting from such disruptions.
Message Delivery: While we facilitate SMS, email, and voice messaging, we do not guarantee successful delivery due to factors beyond our control, including carrier restrictions, spam filters, and recipient device issues.
Compliance on Your End: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our telecom and call services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including consent requirements, disclosure obligations, and adherence to do-not-call lists.
• Plan Tiers: Each plan includes designated services and resource allocations, such as AI assistant usage, call minutes, and SMS volume.
• Overage Charges: If you exceed your plan’s limits, additional fees (“overages”) will apply and be billed to your payment method on file.
• Upgrades: You may upgrade your plan at any time, with new rates and features taking effect immediately.
• Downgrades: Generally allowed at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated. You remain responsible for all charges incurred before the downgrade takes effect.
• Payment & Refunds: Fees are due in advance or as specified in your plan.
-If you have purchased a “Service” (for example, advertising or CRM services:
-You must request a refund in writing by contacting {{location.email}};
-Your request for a refund must be made within thirty (30) days of your purchase;
-You must not have completed your onboarding, if you have completed onboarding you understand that our services have begun and our team has gotten to work at this point there will be no refund for the month;
• Cancellation
You must request cancellation of services in writing by contacting {{location.email}}. Cancellations must be made within 14 business days of the next billing cycle.
• Prohibited Use: Any attempt to copy, steal, reverse-engineer, disassemble, de-compile, or otherwise misuse LeadIgnition.AI IP—especially for commercial or competitive purposes—is illegal and may result in immediate termination of your access, plus potential legal action.
• Ownership: Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership rights to LeadIgnition.AI IP, nor may you use our marks without written consent.
• Restrict disclosure of Confidential Information to employees or contractors who need to know it under similar confidentiality obligations.
• Protect the other party’s Confidential Information with the same degree of care used to protect its own confidential information, but not less than a reasonable standard of care.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of call recording complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including obtaining required consents.
• LeadIgnition.AI disclaims any liability for failure to notify or obtain consent from participants in a recorded call.
• Promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access or data breach.
• Abide by any applicable data privacy or protection laws relevant to your industry or jurisdiction.
• Specific outcomes or results from AI-driven features.
• Completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any information or content.
• Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you to LeadIgnition.AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to a claim.
• Your misuse of the Services or reliance on AI outputs.
• Violations of law or regulations in connection with your communications or call recordings.
• Any infringement of intellectual property rights or misappropriation of trade secrets.
No Waiver: A waiver of any breach of these Terms must be in writing and signed. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or subsequent breaches.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement (and any additional written agreements, such as a Business Associate Agreement if required) constitute the entire understanding between you and LeadIgnition.AI. All prior discussions or negotiations are merged into this Agreement.
